FONTANA BUILT-IN PIZZA OVEN (W30" X D37” X H35", 616Lbs)
Manufactured in Italy with uncompromising quality and craftsmanship this "built-in" wood fired oven unit is designed to be installed in a permanent structures, either indoors or outdoors.
Light a small fire and in 45 minutes the oven heats up to temperatures reaching 800 degrees.
Its convection feature allows one to cook on multiple racks at the same time or convection can be turned off with the flip of a switch.
The inside of the cooking chamber, with three large shelves, has side walls in refractory steel for even greater heat retention and more uniform heat diffusion.
The walls can be completely removed for cleaning.
